That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping Policy

How It Works


Shipping for Dahlia tubers and Chrysanthemum plants is only available to Canada.  

Orders are shipped the Monday of each week, from late April through early June, weather permitting.
We ship via Canada Post flat rate boxes. Please note that shipping to PO Boxes is a risk due to the perishable nature of the products.

Returns and Refunds


We inspect all dahlia tubers before shipping.  If they are damaged during shipping, please email us within 5 days of receipt.  Since we have no control over the conditions of how the tubers are stored or grown, we cannot offer refund or exchanges for them after this time. We try our very best to make sure the dahlia tubers are the correct variety but if you find that it is not the one you ordered, please let us know and we will try our best to send you the correct one the following season.  

Due to the nature of the perishable product, no returns can be accepted.

All plants leave our farm in good condition. If, however, your plants arrive in poor condition due to delays during shipping and fail to thrive after transplanting, please notify us within 5 days of receipt so that necessary adjustments can be made.
